Bill Ashley :

"...The Clockwork Orange started in Paducah, KY in 1965.
Members;
Terry Frazier-lead guitar
Steve Rudolph-B3 organ and trumpet
Barry Yancey-bass guitar
Danny Powley-Lead vocals
Bill Ashley-drums
Several personnel changes were made as circumstances required.
The Clockwork Orange performed throughout Western KY; Southern IL; Nashville and West TN; and Southwest MO.
The single "Your Golden Touch" originally recorded in Lone Oak KY; and re-recorded at Alabama Sound in Birmingham AL.
Eventually, almost all the members moved away and the group ceased to exist.
I live in West Tennessee, and still play drums.
I think the original name was " The Clockwork Orange"  ... "
