Grupa Facts Of Life zakończyła działalność gdy większość członków zespołu straciło zainteresowanie
muzyką.

Serdaczne podziękowania dla Bruce Klauber za przesłanie informacji o zespole.

Bruce Klauber :

"   This dumb record keeps finding new life for some reason.  I'll be happy to answer your questions:  We actually all attended Bala-Cynwyd Junior High School--later Lower Merion High School--and it was at Bala-Cynwyd that the group was formed.  Gary Kauffman played lead guitar and Steve Weinstein played rhythm guitar and was the principal vocalist.  We were quite popular for the time and played school assemblies and a lot of parties in the area.  Our weekly rehearsals became widely attended social events.  Yes, that's our only recording, thank goodness.  The Facts tried updating their sound, and were actually called "Bethnal Greene" for a time, but the group ended as most of the guys lost interest in music.  I did not.  My interest was and is jazz, and I formed several other rock bands--no one my age played jazz or could play jazz--and played drums for several others.  I left rock for good when I was in high school.  You can look me up to see what's happened since then:  I am the biographer of Gene Krupa and Buddy Rich in books and Warner Bros. films, a concert and record producer, and drummer with Charlie Ventura, Milt Buckner, Al Grey, Peggy King, Buster Cooper, Pepper Adams, and am a co-founder of Philadephia's well known All-Star Jazz Trio.  As for the other fellows in the Facts of Life, I don't think any of them kept up with music.  Thank God. "

" Yampolsky played organ and wrote the songs.  I believe his family financed the recording.
Forgot to mention that this was recorded at the legendary Virtue Recording Studios in Center City Philadelphia.  Further, I think that a lot of these records were pressed, so it wasn't really a small run. "
