Sounds Unlimited  -  grupa z Mesquite / Dallas  (W.W. Samuell High School - Dallas, TX), zalożona w 1965r. - pierwotnie w składzie :

- Paul Jarvis  -  keyboards, rhythm guitar

- Steve Webb  -  rhythm guitar, vocals

- Phil Ferrell  -  bass, vocals

- Ron Davis  -  lead guitar, vocals

- Chuck Hodges  -  drums, backing vocals,

około 1967r. po odejściu Chuck Hodges - zastąpił go :

- Ron Mears  -  drums

Sounds Unlimited :

Grupa zasłynęła ... głośną sprawą sądową  ( Ferrell, Webb, Jarvis - contra - Dallas Independent School District, https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/FSupp/261/545/1674870/ , https://openjurist.org/392/f2d/697/ferrell-v-dallas-independent-school-district )  o relegowanie ze szkoły ze względu na długie włosy.

Managerem zespołu był Kent Alexander  (a.k.a. "Alexander, the Great")  z Agencji National Artist, Mesquite.

Sounds Unlimited, we wrześniu 1966 nagrali  (lokalne studio - Sumet Sound Studio - Dallas)  singiel :

- " Keep Your Hands Off Of It "  (Jarvis, Ferrell, Webb)

" Keep Your Hands Off Of It " trafiło do "40 From the Top"  stacji radiowej K-BOX.

Około 1967r. grupa podjęła próbę  "podboju Kalifornii".  Pobyt w Los Angeles (próby znalezienia wydawcy

o zasięgu krajowym na nagrany singiel, m.in. RCA i kilka innych dużych wytwórni) nie przyniósł oczekiwanych

efektów.

Grupa powróciła w rodzinne strony. Z zespołem pożegnał się Chuck Hodges  (zastąpiony przez Ron Mears).

W 1967r. Sounds Unlimited zarejestrowali kilka nagrań (Sellers Company Recording Studios - Dallas, Boyd Recording Service - Dallas), które nie zostały oficjalne wydane.

Sounds Unlimited zakończyli działalność w 1967 lub 1968r.
