Roger Hurn :

"... I wrote the lyrics to our songs.  We met at St Albans Grammar School in 1966 and formed the band.  We called ourselves Pneumatic Bliss after a line in a TS Eliot poem we were studying at the time. Our management changed the name to The Bliss when we made the record.  We broke up in 1971.  Though we reformed again in the 2000s and played a few gigs such as The Riverfolk Festival.  Our farewell gig was in London 2015 after Cherry Red Records released a compilation CD Shapes & Shadows that contained our two songs.  However, the lead singer, Martin Berry and I still write songs together and are currently working on a project for a publisher writing songs for children in schools. I hope this information is of some use to you. Best wishes Roger... "
